Pensacola Seafood Festival 2027: Dates, Tips & What to Expect

📅 2027 Update

The 2026 Pensacola Seafood Festival wrapped up September 25–27. The festival is held in Seville Square on the last weekend of September, so expect it back in late September 2027 (September 24–26 if the pattern holds). Official 2027 dates haven’t been announced yet, and we’ll update this page as soon as they are. Planning a fall trip sooner? See our best Florida events in October 2026 guide.

One of the Panhandle’s most celebrated free events returns to historic Seville Square — the Pensacola Seafood Festival 2026 takes over downtown Pensacola on September 25–27, filling the square with fresh Gulf seafood served tapas-style, handmade crafts from over 150 national artisans, and live music in one of the most beautiful outdoor settings in Northwest Florida. This is a Gulf Coast institution — free to attend, deeply local in character, and one of the best reasons to make a Pensacola trip this fall.

Pensacola doesn’t always get the Florida travel attention it deserves, and the Seafood Festival is a perfect introduction to what makes this city special. Seville Square is one of the oldest and most architecturally striking public spaces in Florida, the seafood is legitimately excellent, and the overall vibe manages to feel genuinely festive without being overwhelming.

Event Schedule

September 25, 2026 (Friday) — Festival opens, live music begins, seafood and artisan vendors
September 26, 2026 (Saturday) — Full day, peak attendance and vendor selection
September 27, 2026 (Sunday) — Final day, afternoon wrap

Saturday draws the largest crowds. Arrive earlier in the day for the best vendor access and easier parking. Festival hours are announced closer to the event on the official Pensacola Seafood Festival website.
